  4. DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, BY USING 
  5. THIS PRODUCT YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  7. This product provided is a demonstration version of a HODstar product.  Use of 
  8. this demonstration version constitutes no license for actual use and is instead 
  9. provided for evaluation for a period not to exceed thirty days use from mail 
  10. date.  Violation of this agreement will result in legal action by HODstar 
  11. Support Solutions to recoup stolen property and restitution for revenue loss 
  12. stemming from same.  Use beyond thirty days constitutes purchase of an 
  13. 'unlimited-use' license version of this product and will be pursued as such 
  14. through legally-enforced restitution.
