  3. You may, without charge, royalty, or other payment, copy and
  4. distribute copies of this work in source or binary form
  5. provided that:
  6. (1) you appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate
  7. copyright notice; (2) faithfully reproduce all prior copyright
  8. included in the original work; and (3) agree to indemnify and
  9. hold all prior authors, copyright holders and licensors of the
  10. work harmless from and against all damages arising from use of
  11. or the inability to use the work.

  13. You may not use the work as base of another work. You are
  14. encouraged to make changes to this work but you have to
  15. submit all changes back to the work and only use them if

  17. create a derivative work you may contact the Odin
  18. management team and a special arrangement can be done.

  29. agreement between a third party and the administration
  30. team. Such a custom license might only limit the above terms
  31. if the changes cause a direct advantage for the functionality

  33. goal of an open-source and free emulation product.

  36. this one, if the source directory of the part contains a
  37. license file called "LICENSE.TXT" of its own. If a different
  38. license exists, it supercedes this license. Removing the
  39. the part specific license will automatically put back the
  40. part under the terms of this license. Only the Odin management
  41. team is allowed to put parts of the work under a different
  42. license and remove the part specific licenses. The purpose
  43. of using different licenses is solely for allowing code
  44. sharing of certain parts of the work with other projects that
  45. have incompatible licenses. These parts should either have
  46. this license in a version that makes it compatible with the
  47. license of the second project, or the license of the second
