FeelX is a very powerfull and useful program. It is similar to FILEBAR AND
PC2. I feel though that it has many more features than these other two but
programing it takes a little to time to get a handle on.
My setup is a 486-DX2-66 PC clone running Warp 3.0. All you need is an asci
text editor to program, but if you see the original toolbox.inc and my own
version you will get a better idea of how to do it. I'am also including an
original txt file. In this file it talks of other means of programing, such
as using the dll directive and API. These ideas are less clear to me, ie. do
you have to be using another language like C+ and a complier etc.
Two things I've noticed is that when using FeelX as an WPS replacement it is
supposed to use a program called NOWPS.GO. This doesn't work for me, it looks
for FEELX.GO.??? Also when using Win 3.1 seamless apps and some OS/2 apps
like 123G FeelX is supposed to be inactive but its focus feature causes a
problem and has to be turned off. This is the reason I've chained it to Focus
Off.
Anyways I would appreciate hearing from other users of FeelX concerning its
programing. My Freenet address is <bstephen@alpha.sea-to-sky-freenet.bc.ca>,
