  30. Multi-Server Tool is supplied for evaluation purposes
  31. and for a limited period of use only. If you find it 
  32. to be useful and wish to continue to make use of it 
  33. then you must obtain a registered license.

  35. 1.2 Fairness
  36.  
  37. Multi-Server Tool has taken a lot of time and effort 
  38. to produce. If you have found it to be of use then it
  39. is in your interrest to encorage future improvements
  40. and developments by supporting the author.

  42. 1.3 Bonus Software
  43.  
  44. Login Script Tool (LST.EXE).
  45. Have you ever needed to know what a user's drive 
  46. mappings were? Login Script Tool analyses the system 
  47. and user login scripts and attempts to predict drive 
  48. and seach mappings based on the user's properties and
  49. group membership.

  51. Because of the diversity of system, software and 
  52. login script design it is not claimed that LST will 
  53. correctly function in all situations.

  55. Every registration will be accompanied with a free
  56. bonus copy of Login Script Tool as part of the 
  57. Multi-Server Tool package. It is covered by the 
  58. same license terms and disclaimer as Multi-Server
  59. tool.

  61. Since LST is supplied as free bonus software and no 
  62. claim whatsoever is made in regard of its performance.

  64. 2. How many licenses do I need
  65. ------------------------------
  66. The number of licenses that you require is determined 
  67. by the number of servers that you wish to manage and 
  68. the number of users who wish to use MST. 
  69.  
  70. If you have FOUR OR LESS SERVERS you ONLY REQUIRE
  71. A SINGLE LICENSE regardless of the number of users who
  72. need to use the software.

  74. If you have five or more servers then study the User 
  75. and Server licensing options described in order to 
  76. determine which mode is appropriate and how many 
  77. licenses you require.

  80. 2.1 User Licensing
  81.  
  82. User licensing permits a single user to manage up to 
  83. 32 servers for each license installed. If a user 
  84. acquires 4 licenses then unlimited servers may be 
  85. managed by that user.

  103. 2.2 Server Licensing

  105. When server licensing is used there is no limit on the 
  106. number of users who can use the software but only 4 
  107. servers may be managed for each license that is installed.

  109. 2.3 Site licensing
  110.  
  111. When 32 server are installed on a server any number of 
  112. users may manage an unlimited number of servers. This site
  113. license is limited to a radius of 100Km from the server on 
  114. which the license is installed.

  119. 3.1 Registration Conditions

  121. You may only register the software if you accept and
  122. agree to the conditions and disclaimer in the 
  123. accompanying LICENSE.TXT file. These terms apply to
  124. all software supplied in the Multi-Server Tool 
  125. package, including any free bonus software included.

  142. note, however, that on-line registration is via a secure 
  143. web site which encrypts all transmitted credit card data
  144. according to the secure HTTP protocol.)
