  3.   Version 1, Fix Module Dates 5/04/94 for all OS/2 parts.
  4.          Fix Module Dates 5/06/94 for all DOS parts.

  6. Disclaimer: This package contains fixes/enhancements that
  7. have been tested; however, testing was not as extensive as
  8. testing for an official CSD. Make sure that all updated
  9. files are backed up as stated in the instructions for
  10. installing the fix modules.

  12. This package contains all fixes for LD 1.1 plus support for
  13. Windows for Workgroups and X.25 support for the LAN Distance
  14. Windows client.

  16. If you plan to install the patch for Windows for Workgroups, please
  17. read the README.WFW file for additional information on installing
  18. with Windows for Workgroups 3.11.
  19.  
  20. Note that LD11US is for US customers only.
  21. The LD11US.ZIP file contains the following files:

  23. LD11ADV.ZIP  : LD 1.1 Connection Server Fixes.
  24. LD11ENT.ZIP  : LD 1.1 Connection Server (8-Port) Fixes.
  25. LD11OS2R.ZIP : LD 1.1 OS/2 Remote Workstation Fixes.
  26. LD11WINR.ZIP : LD 1.1 Windows Remote Workstation Fixes
  27.            (NO support for Windows for Workgroups).
  28. LD11WFWR.ZIP : LD 1.1 Windows Remote Workstation Fixes plus
  29.            Support for Windows for Workgroups).
  30. README.WFW   : Documentation on installing LAN Distance with
  31.            Windows for Workgroups

  33. There is a .TXT file for each zip file which contains
  34. instructions on how to install the fixes and which APARs
  35. are fixed by the zip file. Please read the .TXT files
  36. carefully to see whether fixes are required on the remote
  37. workstation only, the connection server only or on the
  38. remote workstation and the connection server.

  40. Note: The LD11ADV.ZIP and LD11ENT.ZIP files are different
  41. and must be applied to the correct version of the connection
  42. server.

  46.     (1) Download and unzip the desired ZIP file into a \TEMP subdirectory.

  48.     (2) Read and follow the instructions in the associated .TXT file
