  1. FEDERALI is the public domain version of the Federalist Papers. This file can
  2. be viewed on either an OS/2 and/or a Windows 3.1 platform.

  4. OS/2:
  5. Federali is a file that can be viewed from any OS/2 full screen or
  6. windowed session making the drive/directory active where Federali.INF
  7. is located and then typing VIEW FEDERALI
  8.  
  9. Win 3.1:
  10. You can also view FEDERALI from a Windows 3.1 platform by using XVIEW.EXE.
  11. You will also need IPF.DLL, HMHELP.HLP, IPF.INI, and LIBIPFX.DLL in the same
  12. directory with XVIEW.  The syntax is XVIEW FEDERALI.INF /SHOW.
