ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Screen View - General Help ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Screen View enables you to view a "snapshot" of any client system's current
display. The client's desktop is converted into a bitmap file, compressed, and
transmitted to the local system, which then displays a scalable window
depiction of the client's desktop. This is particularly useful for remote
system troubleshooting.
If the Netfinity option to require user authorization for screen access is set,
the client system will be prompted to approve the Screen View request. This
option can be set in the Network Driver Configuration program's Netfinity
Options window.
Note: When this service runs locally, it will create a bitmap of your local
display. After this bitmap has been created, you can save the bitmap, or use
the Screen View service to load previously saved bitmaps.
