  8. In the March/April ('94) issue of OS/2 Developer there is a good 
  9. article on NetBIOS and 802.2 Applications: Problems and Solutions (by 
  10. Tom Ellis and Mike McIntyre).  A utility to format a NetBIOS trace, 
  11. DTF3.EXE, is used.  Where can I get that utility ?

  20. DTF3 comes with the NTS/2 and LAN Server 3.0 products, so if someone 
  21. is running using one of these, they should already have DTF3.  In any 
  22. case, I'll provide a copy.  DTF3 is not really public domain, but 
  23. since it's not part of the actual transport, it can be distributed 
  24. publicly.

  32. uploaded it as DTF3.ZIP to our OS/2 Developer Mag library.  Thanks to
