  1. Welcome to DP Show.
  2.  
  3. DP Show is a simple slide show with a twist - it
  4. has a X10 wireless remote interface to control the
  5. slide sequence. No longer do you have to reach for
  6. the keyboard to advance slides during your
  7. presentation.
  8.  
  9. Slide sequence controls included are: Forward,
  10. reverse, jump, blank and end. Slides need to be
  11. in BMP (OS/2 2.x format, compressed or
  12. uncompressed). Slide sequence editing tools
  13. are included.

  16. I N S T A L L A T I O N

  18. Note: If you run Warp 4, fixpack 10 or later and
  19.       Object REXX, you must switch to classic REXX
  20.       to install DP Show. After installation, you
  21.       can switch back to Object REXX.

  23.   To get started with DP Show quickly, please do the
  24.   following:
  25.  
  26.   1. Install DP Show
  27.  
  28.      - Unzip the program archive into a separate,
  29.        temporary directory, with the name DPSTEMP for
  30.        example. That directory MUST be separate from
  31.        the final directory (DPSHOW by default).
  32.  
  33.      - Open an OS/2 command prompt, change to the drive
  34.        and directory where you put the DP Show files
  35.        and run DPSINST.EXE
  36.  
  37.      - The self-extracting installation program will put
  38.        the DP Show program object onto your desktop.
  39.        Simply follow the prompts given. A reboot after
  40.        installation is NOT required.

  42.   2. Run DP Show and press the START button for a quick
  43.      tour of the program. X10 devices are not required to
  44.      run the program. To get help, simply press F1 anywhere
  45.      inside the program.

  49. U N I N S T A L L A T I O N

  51. Run UNINSTAL.CMD which will completely remove all DP Show
  52. files and objects from your system. No reboot is required.
