  4. There is a lot of the tools for text hand-
  5. ling:
  6. - the cyrillic code page autodetection,
  7. - the recovery  of the russian texts after
  8.   the   repeated   incorrect   code   page
  9.   translations,
  10. - the translation  of the text  from  some
  11.   code page to another,
  12. - the transliteration of the russian texts
  13.   and the recovery of the  transliterating
  14.   texts,
  15. - the MIME-encoding and decoding  (Base64,
  16.   UUencode, Quoted-Printable),
  17. - the text handling in the clipboard,
  18. - the REXX-interface  to  the  translation
  19.   functions,
  20. - the extracts  and  the decoding  of  the
  21.   MIME-attacments from the file/mailbox
  22. - and more anothers.

  24. Installation:
  25.  
  26. 1. unzip  the archieve  to  the  any  temp
  27.    directory (example, C:\TEMP):
  28.  
  29.     > c:
  30.     > cd \temp
  31.     > unzip a:DCUPxxx.ZIP
  32.  
  33. 2. make  current  this  directory  and run
  34.    DCsetup.cmd
  35.  
  36.     > c:
  37.     > cd \temp
  38.     > DCsetup
  39.  
  40. 3. give  the answers  to  the questions of
  41.    the installation program
  42.  
  43. 4. the  installation  program  will create
  44.    the DC User Pack folder on WP
  45.  
  46. 5. see the DC User Pack Reference for more
  47.    information
