  11. This updated version of the requester DLL is provided to fix a severe
  12. problem with Btrieve record sizes exceeding 300 bytes in length.

  14. Also fixed was a problem with using "false roots" in drive mappings, where the
  15. requester can not interpret the path name [Drive Letter]:[File Name] (for
  16. example, K:BTRIEVE.DAT), when the given drive letter is mapped to
  17. Server\Volume:\Subdirectory (such as K:=MYSERVER\SYS:\MYDIR).

  22. Btrcalls.dll will not allow access of local files through Btrlocal.dll even
  23. when Maklocal.exe is run to create Btrlocal.dll.  Work around:  Make all
  24. files NetWork files, or use Btrcalls.dll v5.17.
