  8. Yes! It's been revamped! Someone call the Rolling Stones!

  10. Bored is a PM application for all people who have fried their brains while 
  11. trying to do work, and need a break.  They may stare at Bored for hours... 
  12.  
  13. Bored simply displays a rotating banner depicting Bored... in the fashionable 
  14. colour of black. New features have been added since the successful Version 1.0; 
  15. you may notice the fantastic spinning globe, and 8 exciting languages to be 
  16. bored in! 
  17.  
  18. My good friend, Ben Fon, was my inspiration for Bored. In Control Systems 
  19. lectures he would remind me of his presence by muttering 
  20.  
  21.   "Fifty minutes to go, bor-ing..."
  22.   "Forty-nine minutes to go, bor-ing..."

  26. Bored was developed using the Dr Dialog environment by David Morrill.  It is 
  27. distributed as IBM Employee Written Software (EWS), and is found on the IBM 
  28. Developer's Connection CD-ROMs. It was recommended to me, and I highly 
  29. recommend it to everyone.

  37. Want to get Bored fast? Could anyone get Bored faster than this!

  40. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 3. Installing Bored ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

  42. To run Bored, you should have 
  43.  
  44.      OS/2 Warp or above, 
  45.  
  46.      the REXX component installed, and 
  47.  
  48.      the View.exe INF file viewer. 
  49.  
  50.  Install Bored by running Binst.exe.  Choose the target directory as either 
  51.  your \OS2\APPS directory, or choose your own. Choose whether to create a Bored 
  52.  object on the desktop.  Choose your default language. Then press 'Install'. 
  53.  You will be informed if the installation suceeded or not. Press 'Cancel' at 
  54.  any time to exit the installer. 
  55.  
  56.  The following files will be copied to the target directory -

  60.      Bored.dll

  62.      Bored.ico

  66.  The default language may be chosen by modifying the 'Parameter' desktop 
  67.  object, or by specifying it when lauching Bored on the command line. However,
