  7. This software ('BOCHS') is Copyright 1994-1999

  10. Thank you for acquiring a copy of BOCHS.  I hope you enjoy it!

  12. BOCHS is commercial software.  It can be used only under the
  13. terms of this license agreement.

  15. You may ONLY compile and use BOCHS using the source provided in
  16. the standard BOCHS distribution, and for the use it was intended.
  17. Using BOCHS in any other manner, such as in combination with
  18. another party's software requires special licensing agreements
  19. with the author.

  21. According with the terms of this license, you may obtain,
  22. compile, install, and run BOCHS for up to 30 contiguous calendar
  23. days in order to test and evaluate the software.  At the end of
  24. this period, you must either remove BOCHS from your systems or
  25. register your copies.  You are allowed such an evaluation
  26. period once for any version of BOCHS, and no more than
  27. 2 versions may be 'evaluated' in any calendar year.

  29. The general registration fee for BOCHS is $25 per workstation,
  30. PC, or X-terminal, and should be paid by check in U.S. funds to:

  39. Site licenses are available for those who wish to run BOCHS on
  40. a large number of machines.  Contact the author for more details.

  42. According with the evaluation of BOCHS for use not covered
  43. by this LICENSE, you may ONLY obtain, compile, install, and
  44. run BOCHS for up to a sum of 30 contiguous calendar days per company.
