  16. But if you have a lot of accounts/passwords to remember, maybe you'll find 
  17. Account Manager useful.

  19. Well, if you want to try Account Manager, go to the next step; otherwise drag & 
  20. drop all the folder on the shredder.

  99. I think you have already executed this step. By the way, these are the 
  100. installation steps:

  102.    1. Choose a directory (I suggest X:\util\accmgr where X is one of your hard 
  103.       disks) 
  104.  
  105.    2. Unzip the acmg_xxx.zip (where xxx is the version/release number) 
  106.  
  107.    3. Run the install.cmd command and choose your language 
  108.  
  109.  
  110.  No reboot is required, no DLL are spammed on your disk. Only a folder is 
  111.  created on your Desktop. 
  112.

  114. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1.4.2. Second step: Run Account Manager ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

  116. You have only to double-click on the Account Manager icon. 
  117.  
  118. The first time the program starts, you will asked for your password three 
  119. times: the first one is to let you choose your password for Account Manager, 
  120. the second is to check that you typed the right password. 
  121.  
  122. CAUTION:
  123. After having pressed OK button there is *NO* way to change this password. 
  124.

  126. From now on this dialog box will never appear again. 
  127.  
  128. Now you have to enter your password and click on the OK button. The main dialog 
  129. of Account Manager will appear.

  139. The New Account dialog will appear and you have to enter the information about 
  140. the account.

  142. Note:  Only the Account Name field is mandatory.

  218. This menu lets you select a range of accounts selecting a particular type of 
  219. account or disable all filters selecting "All accounts".

  224. This menu lets you print a list of selected accounts (see  Filter  section for

  240. account. It is enabled only when an account is selected.

  252. Account Manager is *NOT a real secure program. That is, the User ID and the 
  253. password are crypted in the database, you need to type a password to run the 
  254. program.... 
  255. But I think that a smart cracker (maybe also a lamer) can easily find the way 
  256. to reach this vital data. 
  257.  
  258. So I suggest to use another program, like PGP or BlowFish, to protect better 
  259. your data. I include with Account Manager a couple of simple scripts that allow 
  260. you to manage Account Manager database with PGP encryption.

  367. Penso che questo passo l'abbiate gi╨ò eseguito. Comunque un riassunto non pu╨Ñ

  370.    1. Scegliete una directory (suggerisco X:\util\accmgr dove X sta per uno dei

  373.    2. Eseguite la scompattazione del file acmg_xxx.zip (dove xxx indica il

  385. Dovete soltanto fare un doppio click sull'icona di Account Manager.

  387. La prima volta che il programma parte, vi verr╨ò chiesto di inserire una 
  388. password per tre volte: le prime due servono per scegliere la password (la 
  389. prima) e per controllare l'esattezza della password (la seconda). La terza 
  390. immissione consente l'accesso al programma.

  392. CAUTION:
  393. Dopo che avrete premuto il tasto OK *NON* ci sar╨ò pi╨º modo di cambiare la 
  394. password di accesso ad Account Manager.

  397. Da questo momento in poi, ogni qualvolta avvierete il programma, verr╨ò 
  398. richiesta solo la password per accedere al programma.

  496. Questo menu vi permette di selezionare tutti gli account facenti parte di una 
  497. particolare tipologia oppure di annullare tutti i filtri selezionando la voce 
  498. "Tutti gli account". Una volta impostato il filtro nella lista verranno 
  499. visualizzati solo gli account che corrispondono ai criteri del filtro.

  502. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2.5.9. Stampa lista ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

  504. Questo menu consente di stampare un elenco degli account selezionati (vedi la 
  505. sezione  Filtra  per maggiori informazioni)

  507. La lista conterr╨ò unicamente la Denominazione dell'Account, l'identificativo 
  508. utente e la password. 
  509.  
  510. Potete scegliere di stampare su di una stampante PCL compatibile, una stampante 
  511. solo testo oppure su di un file.

  513. Note:  Fare attenzione poichΓòö la stampa viene inviata direttamente alla 
  514. stampante di default di OS/2. Pertanto dovrete eventualmente prima scegliere la 
  515. stampante di default di OS/2 e poi lanciare la stampa.

  520. Questo menu consente di stampare tutte le informazioni di un account (tranne il 
  521. campo memo). E' abilitata soltanto quando un account ╨Ü selezionato.

  523. Potete scegliere di stampare su di una stampante PCL compatibile, una stampante 
  524. solo testo oppure su di un file.
