  1. This is shareware. If you like it. please, please send me 5$ so i can get 
  2. a new pair of shoes. The  old ones are starting to fall apart. Also there is 
  3. no warrenty in any way,shape, or form. that this program will either work or
  4. be useable by you.

  6. this program <name will be changed in the next release> does 2 things at the 
  7. moment.

  9.   1. like my newpop program it shows the network messages in a PM window. 
  10. this takes about 4k  a message. Rather then the 200k a message using the
  11. MLE box.

  13.   2. the message shows from what service it came from. be it the messenger
  14. service or the error loger. others will soon be added. it will display the
  15. messages as an icon which can be clicked upon for the message and either
  16. minimized,maximized or closed.

  18.   3. Lets you know when the requester/server has written to the errorlog.
  19. I find it extremely kind of usefull to know when there has been ncb/smb
  20. errors when i'm writing code for a program that does sharing, etc...

  22.   4. will eventually let you read the errorlog, as well as preform most
  23. things that the NET,UPM  program does...

  27. to install this program requires 2 simple steps.
  28.   1. edit your c:\ibmlan\ibmlan.ini file, for lanman users its some file
  29. which ends in .ini. there will be a line half way thru the file which 
  30. should read 'wrkservices = messenger,netpopup' make it read the following
  31. 'wrkservices = messenger'.

  33.  2. create a file c:\startup.cmd if you don't already have one. and put
  34. the following in it.
