ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. Introduction: ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Pick Puz is a simple puzzle game where the player Picks at the screen to
display the underlying picture. Hints are displayed along the right and
bottom. The hints show the count of the groups of consecutive blocks in each
row and column. Pick Puz is a thinking game for players of all ages. It has
some of the aspects of mine-sweep type games.
Click the left mouse button to uncover a dark spot of the picture. Click the
right mouse button to uncover a light spot of the picture. To uncover more
than one spot at a time, down-click over a corner of the area to uncover and
up-click over the opposite corner. When you down-click over a spot a plus sign
"+" will appear at that spot to mark the corner. When you up-click, the area
covered between the down-click and up-click is uncovered. This process works
for both dark and light spots and with both the left and right mouse buttons.
Pick Puz keeps score by subtracting one point for each second as you play. If
you miss pick a spot 100 points will be deducted from the score. The sooner
you finish the puzzle the higher your score. The fewer bad picks the higher
your score.
Pick Puz comes with a number of built in puzzles and you can create and save
your own pictures.
