  2. License Agreement for the program TAIL.EXE.

  4. IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  6. The author grants you a license to use the Program only in the
  7. country where you acquired it. The Program is copyrighted and
  8. licensed (not sold). The author does not transfer title to the
  9. Program to you. You obtain no rights other than those granted
  10. you under this license.

  14. 1. use the Program on one or more machines at a time;
