  1. Before using CSSDIR see the following:

  3. unzip the file you downloaded or received in
  4. a separate directory (i.e. could be called \cssdir)
  5. then follow these instructions:

  7.     for mozilla or netscape users -view: cssdir.html
  8. OR  for ascii      editor readers -open: cssdir.txt
  9.  
  10. then read at least the following sections:
  11.    
  12.    terms and agreement section
  13.    installation section
  14.  
  15. see examples.txt for examples (also included 
  16. within cssdir.html and cssdir.txt)
