  1. Thanks for trying my editor. I doubt very much that you will be disapointed
  2. but feel free to send recomendations if you have any. Start the editor by
  3. typing 'sedit filename1 filename2 ...' or just 'sedit' and load in files using
  4. the open dialog.

  6. ___NOTE:___
  7. The demo version of the editor is fully functional but is limited to editing
  8. files of 1000 lines or less. To get a version with this restriction removed
  9. send the registration to the address below.

  11. The following is a list of the files in the distribution:

  13. seditos2.exe - The OS/2 executable.
  14. seditw95.exe - The W95/WNT executable.
  15. sedit.ico    - The program icon for OS/2.
  16. seditico.ico - The program icon for W95/WNT.
  17. sedit.hlp    - The on-line help text loaded with the right button. Note that
  18.            the displayed help will reflect the current key assignments.
  19. editor.cfg   - The editor configuration file. This is ASCII and can be edited
  20.            but it is usually more convenient to use the config menu in the
  21.            program.
  22. editkey.map  - The key remapping file. This is only used if enabled in the
  23.            editor.cfg file.
  24. revision.lst - The list of changes from earlier versions of sedit.
  25. editdoc.ps   - The editor documentation in postcript form. To print this just
  26.            copy it to a postscript printer.
  27. editor.tex   - The Latex source for the documentation. ASCII but contains some
  28.            control information.
  29. etitle.tex   - the Latex title page.
  30. editdoc.tex  - The Latex preamble file which calls etitle.tex and editor.tex.
  31.            In order to generate a dvi file with latex type 'latex editdoc'.
