  2. :p.LICENSE AGREEMENT
  3. :p.:p.For the purposes of this document the Enhanced E (EE.EXE) hereafter shall be 
  4. referred to as the Enhanced E. The Enhanced EE (EEE.EXE) shall be referred to as 
  5. the Enhanced EE. When referring to both the Enhanced E (EE.EXE) and the Enhanced EE 
  6. (EEE.EXE) the term used shall be the Enhanced E's.

  8. :p.Enhanced E Specific
  9. :p.:ul.
  10. :li.The Enhanced E is not public domain software but is to be freely used by individuals 
  11. that agree to adhere to this license agreement.
  12. :li.Individual users are granted a limited license to use the Enhanced E on a fulltime basis 
  13. if it is suitable for their needs.  Use of the Enhanced E by any business, corporation, 
  14. governmental agency or other entity or institution is strictly forbidden without prior 
  15. written consent of the author.

  18. :p.Enhanced EE Specific
  19. :p.:ul.
  20. :li.The Enhanced EE is not public domain software, nor is it free software, it is user supported.
  21. :li.Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use the Enhanced EE on a trial 
  22. basis for the purpose of determining whether it is suitable for their needs.  Use of the 
  23. Enhanced EE, except for this limited purpose, requires registration.
  24. :li.Use of non-registered copies of the Enhanced EE beyond a 30 day evaluation period 
  25. by any person, business, corporation, governmental agency or other entity or institution 
  26. is strictly forbidden.
  27. :li.Use of registered copies of the Enhanced EE by any business, corporation, governmental 
  28. agency or other entity or institution is strictly forbidden without prior licensing arrangements 
  29. and written consent of the author.
  30. :li.Registration grants a user the right to use the Enhanced EE only on a single computer
  31. unless prior arrangements are made with the author. A registered user may use the program 
  32. on a different computer, but may not use the program on more than one computer at the same time.

  35. :p.Specific to Both Programs
  36. :p.:ul.
  37. :li.You may not modify the Enhanced E's in any way, including but not limited to, 
  38. decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse engineering the program.
  39. :li.All users are granted a limited license to copy the unregistered version of the Enhanced
  40. E's only for the trial use of others subject to the above limitations. The following limitations
  41. also apply:
  42. :li.The Enhanced E's must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the file containing 
  43. license and ordering information.
  44. :li.The full documentation for the Enhanced E's must be included in the archive.
  45. :li.No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by any licensee 
  46. beyond a reasonable price for the media the Enhanced E's are transferred on.
  47. :li.Operators of electronic bulletin board systems and internet web/ftp sites may post the 
  48. unregistered version of the Enhanced E's for downloading by their users as long as the
  49. above conditions are met.
  50. :li.Distributors of public domain or user supported software may distribute copies of the 
  51. unregistered version of the Enhanced E's subject to the above conditions.

  54. :p.:p.The Enhanced EE is a shareware product and can be registered through BMT Micro or 
  55. directly from PillarSoft for $25.00.
