The help files are all here in text form. If you have the IPFC compiler you can compile this after translating and check the formatting etc out. (start the compile with the "eee.ipf" file) If you do not have the IPFC compiler available, you will have to send these files back to me for compiling and hopefully we will acheive success.
Some of the text in these files is the actual scripting for the IPFC compiler and should not be changed. It is alot like HTML ( HTML = <p> IPF = :p. ) so you may be able to realize what is and isn't code very easily. For the most part the IPF codes will start with a colon and end with a period. Here is an example of what the files will look like.
============================================
:h2 res=29.Drag and Drop
:i1.Drag and Drop
:p.DRAG AND DROP
:p.The Enhanced E's now support;
:ul.
:li.Dropping text files onto the desktop icon to start the editor with the selected text file
loaded.
:li.Dropping text files on the edit window while the editor is running. When a file is dropped
on the edit window you will be asked if you wish to save the previously loaded file before
============================================
In the first line the ":h2 res=29." is the IPF code and the "Drag and Drop" is text to be translated. The rest of the IPF codes that appear here are:
:h2 res=29.
:i1.
:p.
:p.
:ul.
:li.
:li.
============================================
In most cases the IPF codes will be at the beginning of a line. Once in a while you will see some in the middle of a sentence. These types always end with a period also but some of them will start when an ampersand (&).
&odq.Search&odq. <---- Here the word "Search" needs to be translated, the &odq. is IPF code for quotation marks.
============================================
This is as complex as it will get. It is an example of both types of code in the same sentence:
:li.http&colon.&slr.&slr.www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/3512/psoft.html <--- Help file line
:li. &colon.&slr.&slr. <--- IPF code
http www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/3512/psoft.html <--- Text to be translated
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/3512/psoft.html <--- Result after compiling with IPFC

Feel free to add a page that credits you and gives some information about you. You can write a plain text file if you wish and I will put it in the final compiling of the help.
When you return these files please let me know what your country code is and your codepage. I am not sure if this will be needed but would like to have the information just in case. I hope this is enough information to get you started, if not, please feel free to contact me for any questions you may have.
