  2. License Agreement for PMStripper, shareware version
  3.                                                                          
  4. IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.            
  5.                                                                          
  6. The author grants you a license to use the Program only in the
  7. country where you acquired it. The Program is copyrighted and
  8. licensed (not sold). The author does not transfer title to the
  9. Program to you. You obtain no rights other than those granted
  10. you under this license.  This is a shareware program and after
  11. a reasonable evaluation period, you are expected to remove the
  12. Program from your machines or register a copy of the Program 
  13. for each of the machines that is using the Program.

  15. Under this license, you may:

  17. 1. use the Program on one or more machines at a time during the
  18.    evaluation period;                    
  19. 2. make copies of the Program for use or backup purposes within          
  20.    your Enterprise;

  23.    other party. The other party agrees to these terms by its             
  24.    first use of the Program.

  36. Under no circumstances is the author liable for any of the following:

  39. 2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or                       
  40. 3. economic consequential damages (including lost profits or             
  41.    savings) or incidental damages, even if the author is informed of            
  42.    their possibility.

  45. Program. We have no obligation to provide service, defect                
  46. correction, or any maintenance for the Program. We have no               
  47. obligation to supply any Program updates or enhancements to you
