  2.                        EPM TeX Front End

  5. IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THE EPM TEX FRONT END (PROGRAM) YOU
  6. AGREE TO THESE TERMS:

  8. I grant you a license to use the Program, only in the
  9. country where you acquired it.  The Program is copyrighted
  10. and licensed (not sold).  I do not transfer title to the
  11. Program to you.  You obtain no rights other than those
  12. granted you under this license.
  13.  
  14. Under this license, you may:
  15.  
  16.    1. use the Program on one or more machines at a time;
  17.    
  18.    2. make copies of the Program for use or backup purposes
  19.    within your Enterprise;
  20.    
  21.    3. make copies of the original files and distribute them,
  22.    provided that you distribute ALL files of the Program, as
  23.    listed in the file manifest.txt, including this license.
  24.    The other party agrees to these terms by its first use of
  25.    the Program.
  26.     
  27.    4. modify the source code provided that you change the
  28.    name of the package source code files and give credit
  29.    where credit is due.
  30.    
  31. You must reproduce the copyright notice and any other legend
  32. of ownership on each copy or partial copy of the Program.

  34. You may NOT sublicense, rent, lease, or assign the Program.

  36. Under no circumstances am I liable for any of the following:

  38.    1. third-party claims against you for losses or damages;

  40.    2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or
  41.    
  42.    3. economic consequential damages (including lost profits
  43.    or savings) or incidental damages, even if I am informed
  44.    of their possibility.

  46. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or
  47. exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

  49. I do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation of
  50. the Program.  I have no obligation to provide service,
  51. defect correction, or any maintenance for the Program.  I
  52. have no obligation to supply any Program updates or
  53. enhancements to you even if such are or later become
  54. available.

  56. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
  57. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
  58. PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  61. warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

  63. You may terminate this license at any time.  I may terminate
  64. this license if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
  65. In either event, you must destroy all your copies of the

  68. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting

  71. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of
  72. your rights or obligations under this license.  Any attempt
  73. to do so is void.

  75. Neither of us may bring a legal action more than two years
  76. after the cause of action arose.

  78. This license is governed by the laws of the country in which
  79. you acquired the Program.
