  1. This directory contains a number of routines written by various people
  2. within IBM.  It is included as sample code.  Many of the files can be
  3. used "as is"; others are intended as building-blocks which can be used
  4. to create your own macro code.

  6. Some files are front-ends to utilities that you might have; these might
  7. have to be modified if your version of the utility does not match the
  8. version for which the E routine was written.
  9.  
  10. Some of the macros reference E3 or EOS2, which are earlier, non-PM
  11. versions of EPM which ran under DOS and OS/2 (respectively).  They
  12. used the same macro language, so most of the .e files could be shared.
  13.
