  2. This is the source code and executable for TCP.EXE for use under
  3. the OS/2 implementation of Emacs (THANK YOU, Eberhard Mattes).

  5. Place in your bin/ directory under your emacs directory tree
  6. (e.g. /emacs/19.22/bin) and enjoy using GNUS and the like.

  8. The executable provided here was compiled under OS/2 2.1 with
  9. the IBM TCP/IP 1.2.1 libraries.  It is therefore 16-bit.
