  2. Yet another program from the slave pits of West Virginia. :)
  3. This program is free-ware / public domain, thou I do retain the copyrights
  4. (yea, like it's that hard to code it). Source code include.

  6. Okay, so what does the program do?
  7. This is for HTML scripting, when you need to know the Hex values to a RGB
  8. color which is in decimal (oh why couldn't they just make it decimal?!!).
  9. That's it.
