  1. Clearlook Version 1.7 Working Model License Agreement

  3. Read this agreement before installing the Clearlook Version 1.7 Working
  4. Model.  Installing the Working Model indicates that you accept the terms of
  5. this agreement.  If you do not accept or agree to these terms, do not
  6. install the Working Model.

  8. Copyright:  The software and documentation (Product) contained in this
  9. Working Model are copyrighted and protected by United States and
  10. international copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You must
  11. treat the Product like any other copyrighted material, except to the extent
  12. that this License provides to the contrary.

  14. License:  The Clearlook Version 1.7 Working Model may be freely copied and
  15. distributed.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or make
  16. any attempt to discover the source code of the software.
  17.  
  18. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sundial Systems
  19. Corporation.

  21. Limited Warranty:  SUNDIAL SYSTEMS CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
  22. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  23. OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
  24. NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

  26. Under no circumstances will Sundial Systems Corporation be liable to you or
  27. any other party, for damages, including the loss of profits, savings, or
  28. other incidental or consequential damages, stemming from your use of misuse
  29. of the program - even if Sundial Systems or its authorized representative
  30. has been advised of the possibility of any such damage.  You agree that the
  31. only remedy available to you will be replacement of the Product.

  33. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or
  34. consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
  35. you.  This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
  36. have other rights which vary from state to state.

  38. U.S. Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  39. U.S. Government is subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  40. commercial computer software under DFARS 252.227-7013 and FAR 52.227-19.
