  1. Clearlook Version 1.71 Update License Agreement
  2.  
  3. Read this agreement before installing this update.  Installing the update
  4. indicates that you accept the terms of this agreement.  If you do not accept
  5. or agree to these terms, do not install the update.
  6.  
  7. Copyright:  The software and documentation (Product) contained in this
  8. update are copyrighted and protected by United States and international
  9. copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You must treat the
  10. Product like any other copyrighted material, except to the extent that this
  11. License provides to the contrary.
  12.  
  13. License:  For each Product License Number (and Access Code) you hold, you
  14. are licensed by Sundial Systems Corporation to use the software on one
  15. computer at a time.  You may copy the software onto a set of diskettes for
  16. backup purposes only.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,
  17. or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software.  You
  18. understand that the Product License Number and Access Code information is
  19. valuable and agree to take all reasonable precautions to protect it as you
  20. would any other confidential information and not disclose it to anyone other
  21. than Sundial Systems Corporation Customer Support.

  23. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sundial Systems
  24. Corporation.

  26. Limited Warranty:  Sundial Systems Corporation warrants that for a period of
  27. 90 days from date of receipt of the Product, the software will perform
  28. substantially in accordance with the documentation.  Under no circumstances
  29. will Sundial Systems Corporation be liable to you or any other party, for
  30. damages, including the loss of profits, savings, or other incidental or
  31. consequential damages, stemming from your use of misuse of the program -
  32. even if Sundial Systems or its authorized representative has been advised of
  33. the possibility of any such damage.  You agree that the only remedy
  34. available to you will be replacement of the Product.

  36. SUNDIAL SYSTEMS CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS
  37. OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  38. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
  39. NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

  41. Some states do not allow limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts,
  42. so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Some states do not allow
  43. exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
  44. limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This limited warranty gives
  45. you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from
  46. state to state.

  48. U.S. Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  49. U.S. Government is subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  50. commercial computer software under DFARS 252.227-7013 and FAR 52.227-19.
