The whole address is marked with the data-marking attribute Address. The transform document LETTER-1.CTX picks up these addresses with a single data field. (Field Number 300.) Use the function Tools | Transform and select the transform document LETTER-1.CTX. A new, unnamed document containing a complete copy of LETTER-1 for each address is created.
