  1. This is a handy little utility that recognizes many different ways of
  2. naming an ASCII character (hex, octal, binary, decimal, C escape, ISO
  3. character table pair, slang names, and others) and prints out all the
  4. equivalents.  A CGI script that can be used to enable access over the
  5. Web is included.
