  1. License Agreement

  3. USING THE SOFTWARE CONTAINED IN THIS FILE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE
  4. TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU SHOULD
  5. IMMEDIATELY DELETE THE SOFTWARE FROM YOUR MEDIA CONTAINING THE SOFTWARE.

  7. Texas Instruments Incorporated and its subsidiaries ("TI") and/or any
  8. applicable licensors (collectively "Licensor") grant to you personal,
  9. non-exclusive, nontransferable licenses to use the software and any related
  10. documentation (collectively "Program") on a TI Notebook Computer solely for
  11. your internal business purposes.  You may make two (2) copies of the Program
  12. for archival and backup purposes.  You are granted the right to copy and
  13. distribute the Program to other owners of TI Notebook Computers for their
  14. own use on those computers, without payment of any fees to TI.  You agree
  15. that you will not transfer copies of the Program to anyone for money.  You
  16. agree to reproduce this License Agreement and all copyright and proprietary
  17. notices as shown in the Program.  No rights are granted to modify the
  18. Program and no other rights are granted to copy or distribute the Program.

  20. THE PROGRAM IS COPYRIGHTED.  UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, REVERSE COMPILING, OR
  21. DISASSEMBLY IS PROHIBITED.  TITLE TO THE PROGRAM WILL AT ALL TIMES REMAIN
  22. WITH LICENSOR.  The restrictions in this License are for the benefit of any
  23. party who holds title to any part of the Program.

  25. Licensor does not warrant the Program will be free from errors or will meet
  26. your specific requirements.  You assume complete responsibility for the
  27. selection of the Program and for decisions made or actions taken based on
  28. the information obtained using the Program.

  32. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE PROGRAM
  33. OR THE MEDIA AND MAKES THE PROGRAM AND THE MEDIA AVAILABLE SOLELY ON AN "AS
  34. IS" BASIS.

  36. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY
  37. YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY ARISING FROM USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PROGRAM
  38. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
  39. EVEN IF TI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  41. This License will immediately terminate if you fail to comply with its
  42. terms.  Upon any termination of this License, you agree to return (or, with
  43. TI's prior approval, destroy) the original and all whole or partial copies
  44. of the Program in your possession and so certify in writing to TI.

  46. The Program may be subject to export regulations by the United States
  47. Government.  Prior to export or re-export, you agree to obtain any licenses
  48. which may be required under the applicable laws of the United States of
  49. America, including the Export Administration Act and Regulations.
