  4. This field allows you to select the number of Thinkpad Crystal Semi 4231 Audio 
  5. adapters that you have installed in your system. The maximum number of Crystal 
  6. Semi 4231 Audio Adapters is one. 
  7.  
  8. Note:   If you select zero, audio support for the adapter will not be installed 
  9.         and if installed, it will be removed.

  14. This field lets you customize the required system configuration interfaces that 
  15. let your computer communicate with your adapter.  Select OK to accept the 
  16. default values and continue. 
  17.  
  18. Note:   If you change the default values, you must select OK.  If you close the 
  19.         window without selecting OK, the new values are not saved, and the 
  20.         system uses the default values. 
  21.  
  22. Note:   In some cases, incorrect I/O port, hardware interrupt and DMA 
  23.         selections can cause conflicts with other installed hardware.  If your 
  24.         system fails to initialize after install, reinstall and select values 
  25.         which do not conflict.
