  9. This program creates a list of telephone charges for those members of 
  10. CompuServe which are using the GoldenCommPass(r) navigator. It is based on the 
  11. LOG**-**.CIS file maintained by the GCP program. There is one line per day 
  12. displayed in a listbox within the main window. When selecting a single line, 
  13. the detailed calls of this day are shown in a separate window. The lines of the 
  14. main window as well as those of the detail window can be printed on the default 
  15. printer. Defaults for call types, timings and charges are set to the current 
  16. german values, but can be changed through a settings dialog. Weekends (Sat/Sun) 
  17. and listed holidays are taken into account automatically. A page for a foreign 
  18. network provider is supplied, which again is defaulted to the german T-Online 
  19. provider. These values are added to the calculations of local calls. Once 
  20. changed, the settings are saved in a file named "PHONC.INI" in the current 
  21. path. The program accepts two parameters: a language parameter ('/e' for 
  22. english in the moment) and the name of a log file (full path if not in the 
  23. current directory). 
  24. Some of the Setting Pages might look strange to non-german users, but this is 
  25. the way the german tariffs look like. I left them as they are for the english 
  26. version to maintain compatibility.
