  3.    This is the first version of a simple LAN messaging program.
  4.    I wrote this as I couldn't find something being able to
  5.    display messages send on the LAN after the message popup
  6.    disapeared. This version is

  10.    meaning that it's use is free of any charges, except that you
  11.    are requested to mail a postcard (w/ or w/o a nice picture) to

  20.    Needless to say that I do NOT guarantee anything concering the
  21.    this programm, nor do I take any responsibility regarding
  22.    it's usage.

  24.    NETMSG needs IBM OS/2 LAN Requester be installed. It uses the
  25.    MAILSLOT API for communications. Because of this there is no
  26.    chance to say whether a message, which left your station did
  27.    arrive anywhere.

  29.    To install simply copy the resource DLL into a directory specified
  30.    in your LIBPATH and the EXE along your PATH.

  32.    You need to copy the NTM?xy.MSG files (xy = GR | US) as NTM?.MSG
  33.    along your DPATH (or current working directory).

  35.    Currently German and US version resource DLL's are supplied. Depending
  36.    on your COUNTRY statement (49 = german, else US), the appropriate
  37.    DLL will be selected.
