  1. 1/15/94  Makefax 1.0 is born.  Makefax is just a simple
  2.     program for converting the raw Binkley .fax files
  3.     to Zfax format while merging all the page files 
  4.     into a single file.

  6. 2/5/94   I neglected to include the DOS4GW.exe DOS extender
  7.     in the makefax.zip distribution archive.  Added the
  8.     file to the archive and released version 1.01.
  9.  
  10. 4/2/94  I have added a configuration file setup to Makefax 
  11.         that allows for greater flexability.  I have also
  12.         added the ability to generat Trio Datafax format 
  13.         files.  Released version 1.1.
