  3.  Carrie R. Lust is a highly configurable phone-cost and online time
  4. tracking utility for OS/2 in the tradition of Richard Papo's "MemSize"
  5. systemresources monitor.

  7.  A feature has been added in this version, that allows to automatically
  8. detect, when a connection has been established and start the counter and
  9. stop it again afterwards.

  11.  You may choose freely what values out of 11 available should be
  12. displayed, may let Carrie warn you in several ways (Beep, messagebox,
  13. etc.) when certain events happen (end of current unit, user configured
  14. time limit reached, user configured costs reached, etc.) and may log all
  15. connections to a file.

  17.  The scheme, after which the charges to be applied are determined, may be
  18. configured by the user to suits her/his needs (though especially this
  19. feature is still far from what I want it to be ...)

  26.  If you've unzipped the archiv (which seems to be the case, since you are
  27. reading this file ;-) and copied the files to some appropriate directory,
  28. you're done. You may run "install.cmd" to create a WPS-object for Carrie.

  30.  ATTENTION: If you had installed a previous version (before 1.10) of
  31. Carrie, *delete* the file CLUST.INI as it is not compatible with Carrie
  32. R. Lust 1.15! Also *delete* the old files CHARGES.DAT/WEEKEND.DAT/etc.
  33. (not compatible with 1.15 too).
