  20. Until 1 April 1994, you may purchase The Blue Wave Offline Mail Reader
  21. for OS/2 at the special introductory price of £14.00.  Please use the
  22. registration form below, but simply change the price from £20.00 to
  23. £14.00.

  27.                  If you HAVE registered the DOS version

  29. Until 1 April 1994, you can upgrade your Blue Wave Offline Mail Reader
  30. for DOS to the OS/2 version for £7.00.  After 1 April 1994, the price
  31. of getting a registration number for the OS/2 version will be £10.50.

  33. **   If you registered The Blue Wave Offline Mail Reader/DOS on or after   **
  34. **  1 July 1993, you are eligible for a FREE upgrade to the OS/2 version.  **
  35. ** To take advantage of this offer, your request MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER **
  36. **   THAN 1 APRIL 1994!   After this date, the price of upgrading will be  **
  37. **   the standard cost of £10.50.  To receive your FREE upgrade, you must  **
  38. **   return this registration form with a short note explaining that you   **
  39. **   are taking advantage of the free upgrade offer.  Requests for free    **
  40. **  upgrades will be accepted only through USMail.  Requests through the   **
  41. **    support BBS, by phone, or by Fidonet Netmail will not be honored!    **

  48. 1) CREDIT CARDS: You can register using you Visa/Access/MasterCard or
  49.                  Eurocard.  You can do this by either calling Frontier
  50.                  BBS on +44-(0)737-778607, and use the Credit Card Door
  51.                  from the Main Menu.  You can also phone your
  52.                  registration through to the Credit Card Hot-Line on
  53.                  +44-(0)737-772259.  The Hot-Line is available 24 hours
  54.                  per day.  Please remember to give the name of the
  55.                  person to whom the reader is to be registered.  Please
  56.                  speak *CLEARLY*, and spell any names which may be
  57.                  difficult.
  58.                  *NOTE* We regret that we cannot phone back users to
  59.                  clarify unclear details or to give key numbers.
  60.                  You are also required to forward the registration form
  61.                  below for our records, but please mark it "PAID BY
  62.                  CREDIT CARD ON MAIL ORDER HOT-LINE".
