  8.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  10.        SpyderNet Communications Systems Incorporated grants you a license
  11.        to use the Program during its initial trial period. The Program
  12.        is copyrighted and licensed (not sold). We do not transfer title 
  13.        to the Program to you. You obtain no rights other than those granted 
  14.        you under this license.

  16.        Under this license, you may:

  18.        1. use the Program on one or more machines at a time;
  19.        2. make copies of the Program for use or backup purposes within
  20.           your Enterprise;
  21.        3. make copies of the original file you downloaded and distribute
  22.           it, provided that you transfer a copy of this license to the
  23.           other party. The other party agrees to these terms by its
  24.           first use of the Program.

  81.        British Columbia. Otherwise, this license is governed by
  82.        the laws of the country in which you acquired the Program.
