  3. This is a Voting Booth door that you can use to replace the cheezy
  4. Synchronet/Iniquity/Tag/Renegade/Wildcat Voting Booth with!  
  5.  
  6. Features:
  7.  ·A Nice voting booth door that works with almost every BBS Software out there!
  8.  ·Gives up 95% of the CPU time under OS/2, Desqview, and Windows!
  9.  
  10. Requirements:
  11.  ·8088 or better computer, this program only requires 100k of ram (or less)
  12.  ·A BBS Software that is able to create a DOOR.SYS or DORINFOx.DEF drop file.
  13.  ·A Fossil Driver Installed (Every sysop should have one of these :)

  15. First,  Make a directory, copy all the Voting Booth's files into it.
  16. Second, run Setup.exe to create the config file.
  17. Third,  Set up your BBS software to run Voting Booth (with either a door.sys
  18.         Drop file, or a dorinfox.def drop file)
  19.  
  20. Here are the command line Parameters for Voting Booth (optional!):
  21.  
  22.         /B  - Specify the locked Baud rate. (ex. vote.exe /b38400)
  23.         /D  - Specify the path to the drop file (ex. vote.exe /dc:\bbs)
  24.         /L  - Runs Voting Booth in Local mode.
  25.         /N  - Specify the node number (ex. vote.exe /n1)
  26.         /H  - Specify the com port handle (for the OS/2 version)

  28. Oh yea, vote.exe is the DOS 16bit version, and vote2.exe is the OS/2 32bit
  29. version.  If you are running an OS/2 bbs, i suggest using the OS/2 version :)
