  1.  
  2.    To install tMail create a home/base directory for it.   UnZip  all
  3.    files  in  the  distribution  archive  into that directory and run
  4.    TM.EXE
  5.  
  6.    You will get  three  or  four  error  windows  that you can ignore
  7.    because you have not yet created the  tMail.Dat  file.   Therefore
  8.    select  [Config]  as  soon as you get the main tMail window.  Fill
  9.    out all relevant items  on  the  configuration screens, [Quit] the
  10.    program and then start it again.

  12.    Run SPY.EXE (this program  can  be  assigned  to a user button, if
  13.    desired) and configure the program to match your  system's  setup.
  14.    Help is available via the F1 key.
  15.  
  16.    That's it.
