■ CArc Utility predestine for using with T-Mail in arcmail-attach mode.
After firing up, CArc look up the netmail directory and analyze letters,
with FileAttached attributes and written from name ArcMail. If the letter has
not attribute HoldForPickup, then (if CArc running with -NoHold option) it

exists, CArc compare size with maximal size for echopacket's, given by option
-S during start.
If size of file exceed given or day of echopacket creation does not
coincide with today's, CArc move this file in FileBox for appropriate address
and erase the letter. After it exhibited flag .que , wich force T-mail repack
the mail for this address.

variable T-MAIL or , where executable program CArc.exe placed
■ Options of CArc:
-S<max_size> - sets maximal echopacket size (byte's)
-NoHold - ignore HoldForPickUp attribute
■ Recommended size - 30-40 èí.
