  7. This archive contains a beta version of the SquishMail
  8. program with year 2000 compliance.
  9.  
  10. TO USE THIS ARCHIVE, YOU MUST HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED THE CORRESPONDING
  11. VERSION OF SQUISH 1.11 ON YOUR SYSTEM.
  12.  
  13. The program documentation is also included in the SQU111R.ZIP or
  14. SQU111P.ZIP archive.
  15.  
  16. This software is released in a beta form only.  Although we are
  17. interested in hearing about problems with this beta, Lanius
  18. Corporation cannot guarantee its performance.
  19.  
  20. Installation
  21. ------------
  22.  
  23. 1. Make a backup of *.exe, *.ovl and *.dll (if they exist) in
  24. your program working directory.
  25.  
  26. 2. Unzip this archive into the program working directory.
  27.  
  28. 3. If you are using OS/2 or Windows NT, perform an exhaustive
  29. search of your system to find any old DLLs that may have
  30. been copied to another directory.  (In particular, many of
  31. the Maximus DLLs may have been copied to \OS2\SYSTEM, so
  32. you will need to copy the new files over the old ones
  33. in that directory as well.)
  34.  
  35. 4. Run the software.  No changes to your configuration
  36. files are necessary.
