History and removed errors of SQAVERW:

Version 1.41 :
- English help file created .
SQAVERWE.USE is automatically uesed from the english version.
- This file created .
- The keyword DETAILEDLOG is replaced by LOGLEVEL and an additional
number between 0 and 3 .
LOGLEVEL 3 shows only errors in the logfile .
- The parameter -W (Warnings) is removed .
- The parameter -Q is changed to -Qn where n is a number between
0 and 3 and defines the screen output .
Version 1.42 :
- Warning in case of NETAREA deleted .
- New keyword NETAREA in Sqaverw.cfg .

I use the funtion DosGetDateTime which returns a second value
between 0..59 . I added a modulo 60 .
Perhaps an error of the Api or Squish ????

- If no group was given in a NODE entry the first following
nodeflag was ignored .
- Adding command CHANGE NODE . This command change the address
of a node .
- For internet gates the "From: " and " * To: " lines were ignored .

New areafilenames will be in DOS-FAT format .

New areafilenames won't be cut.
There is a test at runtime if the drive has a HPFS filesystem.

This is in my opinion a gateway . The view from the node
is the view of one net not the view of multiple nets .
