  4.  v1.01 -  01/13/96 No actual changes to PCBDOD, but the included copy of 
  5.           TELDOR was corrupted, and later versions of TELDOR (1.01, 1.02) 
  6.           had some serious bugs in them. In the future, all releases of 
  7.           PCBDOD will include the latest working copy of TELDOR.

  9.  v1.20 -  01/20/96 Added code to detect when the Internet connection becomes 
  10.           usable, and locks out callers from Internet functions until the
  11.           connection is ready.

  13.           Changed the format of the configuration file. If you're upgrading
  14.           from a previous version, You'll have to modify the PCBDOD.CFG
  15.           file.

  17.           Added support to disable DIALOD.EXE from taking the phone off hook.

  19.           with the Internet Dialout line.

  37.           PCBDOD1.CFG. Whatever you name the PPE to, it will try to use the 
  38.           configuration file of the same name, but with a .CFG extention.

  41.           TELDOR, I will be focusing on support for other Internet 
  42.           applications, such as Clark Development's Internet Collection.

  46.  v1.50 -  02/03/96   Slight configuration changes. If you are upgrading from
  47.           a previous version, make sure you edit the PCBDOD.CFG file

  49.           Added option to specify the entire PPP.EXE command line. This
  50.           should eliminate the problems some people were having with PPP.EXE
  51.           not finding PPP.CFG. Also, while I haven't tested this program with
  52.           SLIP, it should now be possible to have PCBDOD call SLIP.EXE, or
  53.           any other program you need to connect to your provider.

  55.           Added an extra configurable message to be shown when the PPP 
  56.           connection fails. If the connection isn't made within about 100
  57.           seconds, PCBDOD will tell your caller that the connection failed, 
  58.           and then reset everything.

  60.  v1.60    OOPS! A non-working version of DIALOD found it's way into the
  61.           archive. If you ran DIALOD, it would say 'Exiting'. Fixed.

  63.  v1.70    02/16/96  A few bug fixes, and speed improvements. This version
  64.           should connect quicker to your provider.

  66.  v1.80    02/28/96  A few more bug fixes here... 
  67.           Fixed a problem where, under certain circumstances, PCBDOD would
  68.           no longer recognize the Internet connection was up.

  70.           Found a bug in the 'Press Enter to Continue' Flag. Fixed.

  72.           Fixed a problem where DIALOD.EXE wouldn't always take the phone
  73.           off hook.

  75.           New feature... If you run PCBDOD in 'PPP' mode, it will hang up
  76.           on the caller after exiting the SLIP/PPP door. This feature is 
  77.           useful with PCBoard's Internet Collection.

  81.           This is expected to be the last release before v2.00, which will 
  82.           have some extra features. Also, the DOS version is expected to be
