  1. The Sheriff's office is very large for the size of the colony -- you see
  2. half a dozen deputies lazing around trying to look occupied.  The
  3. Sheriff himself is a crusty old geezer who emigrated to the colonies
  4. because of the damaging impact taking bribes and sleeping through staff
  5. meetings was having on his career.
  6.  
  7. As you enter, you see the Planetary Governor yelling at the Sheriff
  8. about the derelicts sleeping in the streets and what it's doing to the
  9. image of the colony.  She only leaves when the Sheriff drowsily promises
  10. to do a better job of evicting loiterers.  As you approach him, you
  11. wonder if you can use this information to your advantage....
