  5. │ command.  It tells him how much you charge for subscriber access,    │
  6. │ what additional priveleges he gets as a subscriber, and how to       │
  7. │ submit payment.  You can change this message by changing the message │
  8. │ to pseudo-account "SUBINFO" on your "Utilities" sub-board.  This     │
  9. │ message is required.                                                 │
