  4. │ If you start the system with the "OFFLINE" parameter on the command  │
  5. │ line, then this message is displayed to the user before the system   │
  6. │ disconnects him.  You can use this message to tell users why the     │
  7. │ system is off-line, when it will be back on-line, and so forth.  You │
  8. │ can change this message by changing the message to pseudo-account    │
  9. │ "OFFLINE" on your "Utilities" sub-board.  This message is optional;  │
  10. │ you can disable this feature by simply deleting the "OFFLINE"        │
  11. │ message.                                                             │
