  2. │ FREELOAD.UTL - Message to Expired Non-Subscribers                    │

  4. │ This message is displayed during logon to a non-subscriber whose     │
  5. │ total system usage has exceeded a certain threshold that you set.    │
  6. │ For systems that charge by minutes or cents, you specify the         │
  7. │ threshold in total minutes of system usage.  For systems that charge │
  8. │ by date, you specify the threshold in days since first logon.  This  │
  9. │ message is only displayed to accounts below the minimum subscriber   │
  10. │ access level; and NOT to subscriber accounts that are temporarily    │
  11. │ out of funds.  The system will disconnect the user after displaying  │
  12. │ this message.  You can change this message by changing the message   │
  13. │ to pseudo-account "FREELOAD" on your "Utilities" sub-board.  This    │
  14. │ message is optional;  you can disable this feature by simply         │
  15. │ deleting the "FREELOAD" message.                                     │
