  4. │ This message is displayed to a new user when he tries to set up an   │
  5. │ account.  The system makes the user enter "Y" or "YES" after this    │
  6. │ message is displayed, before he can proceed.  If he does not enter   │
  7. │ "Y" or "YES", then the system disconnects him.  You can change this  │
  8. │ message by changing the message to pseudo-account "DISCLAIM" on your │
  9. │ "Utilities" sub-board.  This message is optional;  you can disable   │
  10. │ this feature by simply deleting the "DISCLAIM" message.              │

  12. │ Enter "YES" now to proceed.                                          │
