│ BINTDST.UTL - ASCII Board Introduction for "DST" Sub-Board │
│ │
│ This message is displayed to novice users each time that they select │
│ the "DST" (Network Destination) sub-board. You can make a sub-board │
│ introduction message for any sub-board that you define, by posting a │
│ message to pseudo-account "BINTxxx", where "xxx" is the sub-board │
│ abbreviation, on your "Utilities" sub-board. As users become more │
│ experienced with the BBS, they discover how to use the "N5" command │
│ to disable sub-board introduction messages. │
│ │
│ All Bulletron systems using the Bulletnet wide area networking │
│ feature must have a "Network Destination" sub-board. This sub-board │
│ acts as a sort of "dead letter box", which receives private messages │
│ to accounts which no longer exist, echo messages for echo sub-boards │
│ which do not exist, and any message posted to "ALL" on a remote │
│ site's "Network Source" sub-board. The access level for this │
│ sub-board will usually be kept high so that only the system operator │
│ can read the incoming messages, just in case someone at a remote │
│ site sends over a message with inappropriate content. │
│ │
│ All "BINTxxx" messages are optional; you can disable this feature │
│ for any sub-board by simply deleting its "BINTxxx" message. The │
│ pseudo-account for the ANSI version of this message is "ABINTxxx". │
│ The pseudo-account for the RIP version of this message is │
│ "RBINTxxx". │
